“Just went recently and I will say the service made me more comfortable than my first time coming to this location . My baby came in with wheezing , coughing sneezing. Unfortunately, the Dr. believe it’s from where my baby goes to daycare. Anywho, Dr. Sanchez took care of her and I can already tell the difference a day later. “Where do I even begin. 7 months ago I made the most panicked phone call I’ve even made and Sienna at 6 was on the other end to answer the call. That was the start to a veryyyyyy long journey to saving my French Bulldogs eye. To say this staff is amazing would be an understatement. When I called and said I would be there in 2 minutes, I was and they didn’t bat an eye. This was an emergency and they jumped right into action. My Frenchie had emergency eye surgery the next day. And I was in this office every week for months. They staff was patient and quick when I would call or email. And even more so because I was working primarily with Dr. Pineda, the veterinary eye doctor. Dr. Pineda is remarkable. Patient and thorough. He did his most complicated procedure ever on my baby and has been by her side every step of the way. Dr. Shelby, what do I say, she is the ray of sunshine you need when the bad news keeps coming. She genuine, patient and warm. The staff that supports these doctors…they are amazing. James makes it a point to see me every time I am there because he was there during every appointment we had. Kaylee, is helpful and patient.”
